You can bet money on the fact that this will not be the only blogging I do about cheese. I love cheese. I cannot tell you my favorite because it depends on my mood, whether it’s a snack or a meal, what the barometric pressure is, among other potential variables. I will post about cheese when I have noteworthy encounter. Such was the case last night. A blue infused infused with red wine. What?? Yes, it’s true. Wine and cheese mated and this was its baby. It was divine – I placed a chunk on top of a slice of pear and aaahhhh, heaven! I found it serendipitously at Wegmans, they were sampling it and I was hungry. So I bought. And it wasn’t just that I was hungry, it was splendid. The picture probably would have been better if I hadn’t already dug in before I remembered to take a picture!!
