Mother’s Day Lobster Martinis!!

This is a short blog, and my apologies for this brevity and for how out of touch I have been with my writing. So busy – believe me, if this could be my full time gig, I’d write a whole lot more! Anyways, the Mother’s Day celebrating we did this weekend was fabulous and included at least one write-worthy dish for sure!!

Thanks to Wegmans for steaming these lobster for us, we got two for our lobster martini idea.

Picked out all the meat – it’s very hard to pick and not eat! Big chunks of course for extra decadent bites.

Then I grabbed the martini glasses (looking back, I should have rimmed them with lemon salt, note for next time!). I placed some halved, blanched asparagus spears in for color.

We whipped up a lemony sour cream with fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper and dolloped generously on top!

And that is how easy this beautifully presented delicacy can be!!

And for dessert, we made amazing chocolate caramel martinis and triple truffle popcorn!!
