I’m so excited for my favorite holiday I can barely contain my glee!! The magic starts tonight when I clean the turkey and do the preamble I decided on for this year – quick dry brine. I might make the new addition to the dessert array tonight – chocolate mousse. Maybe I’ll do the first part of the sweet potatoes tonight and then the baking of them tomorrow.
