The purple cauliflower! It’s not always available, but when I see it in the store or farmers market, I can’t resist. Why?? Because it’s PURPLE!! Maybe it’s sweeter, but it is just so cool because not only is it purple when raw, it stays purple throughout the roasting. Roasting is my favorite way to make cauliflower. I roasted it up with some Brussel sprouts, a little Truffle oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Then I drizzled a little citrus balsamic on top. So tasty!
oh, if I buy that kind, the bag won’t last even a few minutes!
