What, if any, rules exist on blending your own wine at home? Like if you have a super smooth cab and a kind of sharp red varietal and you blend them together, are you breaking any wine laws? I wonder if this is entirely a faux pas or if it’s a secretly accepted practice that I’ve simply never dared to put into my own hands. I’m contemplating this because I have two such samplings I want to try this with tonight. Do I dare?? Stay tuned!!
